"Greeted with smile and positive energy. Employees are very grateful to help in any type of question regarding the products they sell. They have routine samples for everyone inside the store. (Might be a good idea if they do it outside as well) Products are legitimate and authentic from the suppliers. "Extremely disappointed. NOT in the staff the staff are excellent, hence the 2-stars. What’s HORRIBLE IS THE QUALITY of the products sold now in williams sonoma. I cannot believe how far they have fallen. For the price point, everything should be perfect. It was perfect before. Are they purposely trying to fail their brick and mortar stores so they close and I have to shop online where I CANNOT EVEN LEAVE REVIEWS??!! That’s insane. This is 2023. I guess I’m a Sur La Table customer now."
"I want to give a personal shout out to Stacia (Anastacia). I had been looking for an espresso maker, but couldn't figure out which one to buy. After 45 minutes in the store, I was frustrated and about to walk out. Upon walking out Stacia mentioned she had the Breville and loved. After she explained everything, I knew was ready to make my purchase! What a great machine it is! Thank you Stacia!!!"
