"Our commercial refrigerator was at between 52-59 degrees Fahrenheit past two days. Called them up yesterday and fortunately they were able to arrive about an hour after I had called them. Paid $320 for a technician to come do a diagnostic on our commercial refrigerator and said it was the evaporator coils but, it could be a few other things. He didn’t know for sure until they do a leak test. Which was gonna cost $850 but it’s included with the $320 that you originally pay them. He said it could possibly cost about $1,200 to fix it.. seemed pretty steep but I had to get it fixed because I need it for my produce and food at work. The guy didn’t have the tools needed for the leak test or the camera to see what’s wrong with the refrigerator. So, we set up an appointment for today at 8am for the leak test and no one ever showed up… paid $320 for literally having someone unscrew the cover to the fridge and flash a light into it… my uncle gave me the number to his guy that fixes his refrigerators. He said it was fine but just with the heat if obviously tends to heat up. just cleaned up the air filter and pump some co2 to it. Working great now and even did that to all four of my commercial refrigerators, sandwich prep table and freezer for $350…."

"Paid this company $600 ($595.89) to repair my refrigerator. My ice maker and top fridge was not working because of ice buildup. I was told three parts were causing this problem. So after paying almost 3X the retail cost for these parts ($386) and $179 in labor; the same ice buildup is happening. I didn't notice this until over 30-days after the repair. When I did notice it, I immediately called the repairman. He stated he will come out and look at it but it will cost me additional because it was over 30-days. I reminded him I just paid him almost $600 and told him I am NOT paying anymore. He agreed to look at it. He came out and melted the ice buildup then vacuumed under my fridge and claimed the dirt under my fridge was the reason for the buildup of ice. I'm not even going to comment what I feel about that diagnosis. 24-hours later the ice starting building up again. It hasn't stopped since. I paid this guy almost $600 for a waste of time, waste of parts and a fridge that still is not repaired. Both times he basically came out and defrosted (melted) the ice. I guess my only alternative is small claims."

"I called Vladimir after finding him on Google for a washing machine issue. The clutch was going out on it. Vladimir called me back with the price of the part, $375. I told to get it and come on out. He made an appointment with me, was on time, looked at my washer, prepared to install the new part, and then saw that my motor was leaking grease from the bearings onto the clutch housing. He told me that it was an exclusive fix, and that if he installed the new part, it would only last a few months and them i would be back where i started. I had him put it back together without new part, and while he was there, he also looked at my dishwasher, and told me how to fix it myself for cheap, and told me under the counter wine cooler would be better off buying the new washer. He was honest, could have installed the part and charged me $500, but instead he charged me the service call."

"I had a problem with my dryer for couple of days and I called some big name companies to help me with the fix but honestly they offered me more than I would like. But my neighbor offered me to call a local business witch I decided to give it a go. And I would say I don’t regret it. Any ways they came in and explain and showed me exactly what’s wrong with it. They show me the broken part and explain why it fails. They gave me an estimate with couple of different parts, witch helped me safe money and I loved that. They had the part in their car and fixed the dryer on the same day. Good job, good costumer work. Recommend highly. Fast work and really pleasant with their job."
