"I had a problem with my Kenmore refrigerator freezer icing up. Simon was prompt, thorough and conscious of my wallet. He listened to me carefully, analyzed the problem, looked over the refrigerator and told me that the minor problem I had—icing in the freezer seal—was not indicative of a larger problem, and that it was not worth replacing the motherboard and sensor. That would have been very expensive. Instead he charged me only the minimum for a service call, $40, which was a bargain for the peace of mind. I’m very impressed with this company and will definitely call again if any of my appliances act up. Highly recommended."

"I called Simon at 10:00 am today to ask about my 21 year old Kitchen Aid gas dryer which was no longer working. Fearing that it was the end for my dryer, he asked if the problem was that it was no longer heating and I said yes. He told me the thermostat most likely needed replacing. Simon came at 11:30 am and had my dryer working in 15 minutes! Now that's FAST service! We talked about future parts that might go out and probably costs, so I was relieved to hear that I can probably keep my dryer going another ??? years! I would highly recommend this young man who is very professional and competent, and very proud of his business he runs with his wife."
