"Horrible! I had Tim repair my Samsung washer and he damaged it in the process. It needed the water pump fixed and when he was finished he damaged the top piece of my washer where the dryer stacks. My dryer is now unstable. He said he’d get a replacement part 10 days ago and has not ever contacted me. I’m so frustrated by the incredibly poor customer service."
