"Terrible experience. Have scheduled a tech to come here to look at it two appliances and no one showed up at the scheduled time. Tried calling them three times and all they told me is the tech isn’t picking up and asked to reschedule me to another date. So I did that and still didn’t show up at the scheduled date and time. I have somewhere to be and all they informed me is waits my appointment is between 12Pm-2pm it’s 3PM right now and they can’t give me an answer and expect me to wait till 5pm. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. If you work at home or is home all day, maybe it’s the company for you but I have an active job and place to go. I can’t be at home wondering when they are coming. TOTALY WASTE OF MY TIME AND DAY. And I would appreciate it if the company called me and update me on the status beforehand. BUT I HAVE TO CHASE THEM DOWN ANS ASK WHATS GOING ON BOTH TIMES. IM VERY UPSET."

"Terrible experience - poor quality and unreliable service! After fixing our microwave only partially (it still has a very dim, almost unreadable display, see the attached picture), Axis said there is nothing else they can do and reported to our insurance company thatand that this defect is "cosmetic". Based on that report, First American Home Warranty Company declined coverage. The service is very slow (we were without a microwave for almost a month), their technicians wouldn't show up on the dates they promised without providing any explanations."

"Refrigerator and freezer not cooling at all.eight visits later still not cooling. I’m sorry it was actually six visits. Two of them They left me waiting for two hours before they called and said they weren’t going to make it. Then they lied to the home warranty company stating everything was fixed and canceled the repair order."

"Poor and sarcastic communication. The technician came and messed up my fridge temperature screen. Now I can’t tell what temperature my fridge is on. So now I feel insecure about putting my food in my fridge."

"This company did a terrible job in fixing my fridge, plus we had major issues with the technician they sent out. While the technician was working, I noticed blood on the technician's leg, and so I offered him a band aid. He washed his hands to put the band aid on, but wrapped it around his finger. I mentioned to him that his leg was still bleeding, and he looked at it, wiped it off with his finger, and then continued to touch my fridge and everything else in my kitchen, with his blood covered finger. On his way out of my house, he then proceeded to pet my cat with that same hand. I spent hours disinfecting my entire fridge/kitchen, and had to give my poor cat a bath after he left. This would be incredibly unacceptable even if there wasn't a major pandemic going on. I spent $400 for this kind of service, and 2 days later, the problem he "fixed" was definitely not fixed, so now I have to have them come back and fix it. I took the time out of my busy schedule to wait for these guys to come out, perform awful work, and now am going to have to do it again. I am very dissatisfied customer."
