"I love Jessica. Very good with my nails and that she conversates and make my experience interpersonal. Last 2 visits Gained the xtra star for 5 star. Very convenient, great customer service & complimentary drinks. No wait time at all. Some may say expensive, but you get what you pay for. Nice scenery with music playing and to bring your spouse. Only con was 1x the tech could not understand me well so my nails didn't turn out how I wanted them to but tech was very nice with a good attitude."

"I was staying at Big Cypress Lodge & was having trouble booking a mani/pedi. Jackie from the hotel recommended I go to her nail tech, Mimi. Mimi was fantastic! I had some colors in mind for spring & they upped my idea with adding chrome on top. I absolutely love them! I had my service dog with me & they treated her so well. Everybody here was so kind."

"I’ve normally had pretty good experiences here but this time I went in and the girl took atleast 15-20 min just to come to me after they sat me in the chair to get my pedicure. She looked high off something and was very unprofessional. The motor broke so in between her putting water in she had to go fix that and then came back with a nasty attitude towards her boss ig? Anyways, she didn’t seem to care about what she was doing because she got up and started talking to her coworkers, she started texting on her phone and kept pausing whatever she was doing to give me a so called pedicure. The only thing I can say that she actually did for my feet was grating the dead skin off. After an hour and almost 30 min of being there and me paying for the most basic pedicure she hadn’t even clipped my toes, filed, done anything to my cuticles or even laid a drop of polish in them. I asked for French tip gel, and after an hour & half of her paying half attention to me and just dropping a warm towel and walking away for another 5 min I had enough. I decided to get up before she had the chance to put polish on bc I was so unhappy with the services. I walked up to check out and the other lady finished her conversation with her coworkers about daycares in memphis for 5 minutes acting like I wasn’t even standing there THEN after she finished she immediately said I owed 50$? I had nothing done to me but be put in warm water and sit there for an hour with no sight of the unprofessional people who were actually there & didn’t lay a drop of “gel” polish or any polish but demanded I pay over the 35$ normal pedicure treatment. They said I could redeem my 5$ off from my last visits and I was flabbergasted. I left them cash and walked out and will not be back. I shouldn’t have paid but I didn’t want to cause conflict especially not in this city. These people at this nail shop care only about themselves and don’t seem like they should be doing nails at all by the services they give. I stand on this review and hope that those people I encountered learn how to properly run a business and properly do a job they’ve been hired for. ( In these pictures you can see she clearly did NOTHING to my toes to charge me 50$ for? )"

"I’ve been coming to this shop for over a year now. I’m very disappointed at how greedy and rude my nail tech was after my last experience. I’ve highly recommend this shop to my friends, promoted them on my social media, and I HEAVILY tip the nail techs when I come. I also show kindness to them every time. Some of my favorite techs come and go, but I still return. On Wednesday, I brought my daughter as a treat for getting her 5 year old vaccines. Her service was $10 which was understandable. Mine however was $85 making my total $95. I got my usually gel set with a few flowers on two nails in an almond shape. I was upset because I ALWAYS get my nails done here so I know what to expect with the cost. The nail tech decided to take it upon herself to charge me for anything she could think of. I felt she thought I wasn’t going to tip her so she has to raise it as high as she could. My nails are SHORT a natural looking acrylic set. She charged me for the length, shape, and taking off 4 nails. I understand being charged for the shape, but I’ve gotten way more work done on my nails before for the same price. Then to make matters worse, the manager thought giving me a $5 coupon was “okay”. Like it’s the principle not the money. The business practices aren’t cool and I felt like trying to do something nice for my daughter was tarnished by a greedy nail tech. I’m going to show photos of my previous nails that ranged from my usual $50-$65 just to show what I mean. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated because this WAS one of my favorite shops and now I don’t even trust their business practices to go back. The most I EVER paid was $110 and that was some work! The first photo is what I recently got. Luckily, my neighbor that moved next door is a nail tech so score. (Even she said that was ridiculous) Everything happens for a reason."
