"I went today afternoon 6/29/18 6pm ,it is still open and someone like thin woman was there working with one customer.When I went in ofcourse she is aware but she did not even made an attempt to acknowledge me; she could have just told me “ hey we no longer entertain customers “ but she pretended i don’t exist. I was calling her attention 3x after I waited for 20 minutes but she pretended deaf until I walk closer to her and ask if she’s alone coz i just wanna inquire but she rudely responded “yes ,they are already home “and turn her back.And I say,i just wanna ask something and she said again “ what do u need” rudely and turn her back again and continue working even laughing. so disrespectful.I will never recommend this place with rude staff."

"I saw a groupon for a nail deal and decided to drop by. Upon arriving I was a little thrown off because the name on the building wasn’t the name in the groupon (which wasn’t my complaint). After calling the number after digging around for it, I decided to go in. A woman that I assume was the recipionist popped her head out after I came in and heard the wind chimes on the door. She looked at me and went to the back. I stood at the reception desk for almost 10 minutes waiting to ask a simple question. After so many minutes finally a hair dresser that was working on a clients head finally approached me and asked did I need help. I never leave google reviews but after today’s encounter, I just had to. I’m not saying that someone should always be at the desk but when a potential client walks in, at least greet them and assure that someone will be up shortly instead of just working as if they don’t exist."
