"I bought a Genesis last year and it is time to be serviced. I called to make an appointment and was told that a service advisor would reach out to me before my appointment date. I have had to call three times to speak to an advisor in which I haven't spoken to yet. The guy told me unfortunately there is nothing he can do about it except send another alert for someone to reach out to me and still nothing. here it is the day of servicing and still no advisor. The lack of professionalism baffles me. I don't get it, everyone wants to get paid but not do their job."
