"It's disappointing that the mechanic's lack of attention and professionalism due to taking personal calls & sitting down led to such inconvenience and oversight. Waiting over two hours for a simple oil change due to the mechanic's distraction with their cell phone is unacceptable. Moreover, neglecting to check essential fluids and failing to reset the mileage indicator further demonstrates a lack of thoroughness and care. The lack of follow-up from the service manager despite assurances compounds the frustration. Such poor service reflects poorly on AutoNation Nissan and does not inspire confidence in their ability to provide quality automotive care. Also a week later I did a transmission flush on my 2018 Nissan Sentra & now my transmission is acting up."

"I called a day ahead to check and make sure that I could get everything done in one day with outside financing. I went in, drove an 1.5 hr from Jonesboro, and test drove the car with Reginald, and he was great. Nicest guy ever, very genuine. Then the finance manager, Neal, came in acting like he didn’t know how to work with an outside financer and was saying if this is what I want to do I might have to come back another day etc, then convinced me to let them run my credit because “they could beat the interest rate” that my credit union provided me. Surprise surprise, they could not. He then offered me 4,000 less than what another dealership had on my trade, and refused to budge. He told me they are a “one price” dealership and they can’t change the numbers. He was demeaning, misogynistic, and overall unprofessional to me, because I am a young woman that came by myself. I spent 3 1/2 hours there for absolutely nothing. Also be aware that they will try to charge you a $700 doc fee, which is robbery. Save your time and go to a Little Rock dealer, where doc fees never go above $200. Bottom line, sales people are all very kind and helpful but their finance manager is not nice to say the least."

"Excellent experience. By far the best truck buying experience I've had. Overall attitude was professional. Never made us feel like we were being coerced. They made an offer, we asked a couple of items be removed, no problem. Asked about a couple on the truck they were politely explained. We countered, they came close enough we bought it. On a Sunday I expected delays but wasn't unreasonable. Overall I would highly recommend."
