"My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Memphis on a Saturday was nothing less than spectacular! I text drove the new EQS 450 + Sedan and was SOLD! My sales person, Alex was patient, knowledgeable and polite. The finance manager, Brandon showed me financing options which also included their new 84 month financing option. Tom the sales manager was able to get the value we had wanted for my trade-in. After I signed, I was able to meet with the lady who gave me the keys, car manual, and copy of my paperwork. She didn't stop there; she assisted me in setting up my charger point account and connected to my mercedes app. The experience wasn't over because Alex needed to show me all the new luxury features the sedan has to offer, which by the way are incredible.
