Service King Collision Germantown (Now Crash Champions)

"Terrible service. After an accident, they failed to fully repair my vehicle and kept my vehicle for almost 3 months . Also, when i initially picked up my vehicle they failed to add a piece to the bottom of my car and I had to take it back. The mechanic told me I shouldn't have been driving fast. After they confirmed they forgot to add it, my car was still not driving the same and overtime caused more damage to my car and I had to pay another shop to fix it. They refused to admit that they had failed me the 1st time and said my current issues didn't have anything to do with my accident. I will never recommend anyone to this shop. Also, the mechanic who told me I shouldn't have been driving fast is the new GM. This business will fail if they don't start doing right by their customers."

"I have learned from past experiences not to give a review right off the back with certain things, and this is one of them. First, the people were so pushy about giving a review, 5 stars at that. And I was told to give five stars anyway, and to call them with any problems. I'm starting to notice things about my car now. First, my niece couldn't open the front passenger side door from the inside. I had to get out and open the door from the outside(no one has been in my car since the accident, until my niece). Secondly, when I let the passenger side window down, when letting it back up, part of the plastic next to the window comes up also (picture included). Thirdly, part of the arm rest on the door is cracked. Where did this "new passenger side door " actually come from? Is it old to some one else but new to me? Now, this is my personal assumption. This is one of the places that is connected with my car insurance. Whatever, though! 2 stars came from the politeness of one staff."

"I went to the office to drop off my car at 9:30 and got there at 9:33. I called the number at 9:30 to the place to inform them that I was going to be a little late since I got stuck in traffic. She informed me that since I got there 3 min after that they wouldn't be able to take my car. Then she told me that I didn't call their office but I'm told her yes I did i spoke with customerservicecenter and when asked if they had a direct number no answer was given. Then told me ohh yes I see you called 9:32am and that they would have to reschedule me again. The front desk clerk acts like she is taking in the cars and fixing the cars herself. Everyone in America knows that you're car sits in a gated lot until they get the parts to repair your car. I will not be going back there because I except better service if I give you my business ."

"I’m only leaving 1 star to write this review. On 12/5/2023 my insurance, Allstate, scheduled me an 8:00 AM appointment for an estimate. I arrived about 7:50 AM. At 8:00 AM, I went into the location to check-in and told the lady behind the counter that I had an estimate scheduled for this morning. She asked with an attitude, “are you here to drop off your car?” I stated no, I was advised my by insurance that this was an estimate only. She said okay and that someone would be with me shortly. I advised that I would be in my car waiting. She said ok. At 8:35 AM I noticed that no one had come to complete the estimate, so I went back inside to see if they had forgotten about me. As soon as I walked in the lady behind the counter stated “they are in a meeting” I, then, asked “how long would the meeting last because I have to be at work by 9 AM” she stated again, “they are in a meeting” .. I asked her could she reschedule my appointment, and she stated “you can call the customer service number to do that” Wow. The inconsideration and disrespect for my time had me livid. I took an hour off work to get my estimate completed and no one there helped me, not the team nor the receptionist. I was met with a nasty attitude at 8 in the morning with no regard of professionalism. My time was wasted. And I have reached out to my insurance to see if I could get the repairs and estimates completed somewhere else. I wouldn’t dare use them and they should really consider the people they hire and their temperaments because I would not let a person of her caliber be the first person customers see or talk too with an attitude as nasty as hers."

"Could not have asked for better service taking my car to them for repairs. They were top notch every step of the way. The process was made easy due to their open communication and letting me know what was going on as it was done. Highly recommend."
