"I went In for an oil change today 2/7/2024 . Soon after I left my 2017 Durango GT quit on me . I call them and told them my car just quit and this never happens before . They told me to get it towed back up there and if it’s something they did they will pay for the tow . After getting it towed they checked the oil and never let the tow man drop and told me it wasn’t anything they can do take it to dodge. They didn’t pay the tow man and told me I had to leave after messing my truck up . This people are low down and never tried to see what the problem was they didn’t care or even try to see what went wrong with the oil change. Do not go there I’m looking to sue because I had to pay the tow truck and have to pay somebody to see what they did to my truck . My contact the new as well I can’t believe this happened to me today .The white guy at the front counter is rude and has no customer service he walked on and didn’t want to help me while I was telling him what they did to my car and started talking smart when I told him this never happen before."
