Walgreens

"I went to Walgreens on two day ago on Wednesday to pick up my prescription. The young lady was not courteous and very nasty. She rang up my medicines and the price came out to be over $50. I told her I would like to use either one of the prescription saving finders to see if I could get it cheaper. I stood there at the pharmacy over 10 minutes and was able to pull up some that were cheaper. When I got back in line and returned to the register only for the young lady to tell me I couldn't use any of the discount cards because the system was down. I understand that and things do happen. Two days later I return to this location to pick up the same medicines. I stood at the counter for over 5 min and no one acknowledged me. I was able to look directly at three different people that knew I was at the counter. The same young lady from two days ago walked by didn't ask if I needed any help, didn't say I'll help momentarily, and just did not acknowledge me at all. She walked out of the pharmacy and went somewhere else. When she returned back to the pharmacy that's when she asked how can she help me. I had been there over 15 min by now. I tried to get the same medicines from two days ago and she tells me again that I can't use the discount cards because the system is down. I do believe at this point she is lying and I will not stop until she is reprimanded. Once done here I will be sending a complaint to the BBB and the Corporate office. This is really sad!"

"The pharmacy is always understaffed or something. I went this morning at 10:30 cause my prescription was gonna be ready. I told her ok I’ll come back. I got a text at 4:30pm I show up it’s still not ready “15 min”. I waited 20 min. Still wasn’t ready. They are always rude."

"Pharmacy employee at cash register working today was so rude..no hello , no thank you , have nice day or nothing.. no bag.. I had ask.. just very unpleasant. The whole encounter. Ridiculous.."

"The pharmacy staff seems to get more rude every time I have to come. I’ve lucked up and had a few people who were very nice but for the most part, every single person has been rude. The pharmacist is extremely rude and always seems to have an attitude. They don’t always open on time and get an attitude when you call, after they’re supposed to be open, and ask what the holdup is. I really wish there was another location close to me or they would just get all new staff."

"The pharmacy service is the worst. They always take too long. 2 cars in front and it takes 30 minutes. Non apologetic and just incompetent. One time I call and I get out on hold. Someone answers says please hold and hangs up on me. I realized I had called at 5:55 and they close at 6. So they answered just to hang up on me. THE WORST."
