"Worst retail store I have been in for at least 10 years. I have been in better 3rd world country retail stores. Whoever the store manager is they obviously don't care about the store. There is stuff thrown and misplaced everywhere. The shelving is falling apart. It looks like the store was ransacked. The lack of staff could be a problem, as nobody was around to help. I predict this store won't be around for much longer, it already looks like it is closing. Companies like this have to get a clue or they will be gone. Two stores in this same strip are gone and were big companies. I bet this will be the next one to close in this strip. After looking at the recent reviews, everyone has the same review. Not one good recent review."

"This place looks like a disaster and feels like it's being run by people who want you to go away. So, if you are, like me, looking for a fabric and hoping this should be the right place, because it's a "fabric store", I strongly suggest considering other options. After spending about an hour here wondering around a maze of piles and piles and piles of fabric that looks like one giant mess, because its just too much, too much of never ending, mixed together, mostly unpleasant looking patterns, as you also trying not to disturb the fabric Karens who sneaking back and forth moving those piles from one place to another and making all kinds of noises because you are on their way, and you are finally so happy to find that exact pattern you've been searching for -- too bad. No price tag, surprise! Maybe you can ask for help, maybe people who work in fabric section actually know their stuff and want to help you, because call me crazy, i though this is a fabric store where they care to make a sale??!! Apparently not. And how dare you even ask for help or want to buy something don't you see they are busy moving piles?! This whole place should not be called a store but a big messy warehouse and honesty, it takes a special kind of lazy to keep it so disorganized as no one knows where anything and they rather make up a reason why they "can't" help instead of helping. I'm sure that small piece of cloth that they didn't want to sale me, will get lost in that enormous pile of messed up fabric, or get thrown away, but,. oh well. Thankfully there are other fabric stores. I can definitely recommend Hobby Lobby that I went to right after this one, the one off Plano Pkwy. Even though I shop in this place often I never appreciated it as much as I did today. Every department and every shelf are always clean and perfectly organized. Employees are helpful and polite. The fabric section is superior, large selection, everything is in ORDER, the lady was very kind and willing to help. The entire store is just beautiful. I have no affiliation with this place, but I can't help to mention it, while thinking about that horror Joann experience. I know this review won't make any difference at all, it seems that noone cares about anything here, thinking that showing their attitude to a customer is okay, or that turning their back on customer is okay too, as I'm reading other reviews, management should be well aware but most likely intentionally letting those Karens ruin their stores as well as their reputation."

"Good Joann’s location. It’s a large store in a nice shopping center. They have great sales. A lot of items were sold out or very picked over. It was a tad messy but they did have a lot of sales going on. Great customer service."

"I love shopping at JoAnns they always have what I am looking for at great prices. I'm always greeted by friendly employees when I come in. This time when I came in employee Nancy was so cheerful to cut fabric for a friend I was with. I went to look for an item I couldn't find and Jordan showed me exactly where it was. My checkout experience was fast and Cashier had a great attitude."
