"Very sweet and accommodating staff. Dr. Hornung handled my cat with care and took time to assess the situation before suggesting treatment. I received a follow up call checking on my cat to make sure she was doing well. I also appreciate how the staff at this location genuinely care about their animal patients. I arrived early to my appointment and witnessed them take in an emergency patient even though they were incredibly busy. Please keep in mind that the pets cannot tell them what is wrong, so the staff needs time to properly treat the animals. Prepare for the visit to take longer than expected, but the service is well worth it and I would never want to feel like I'm being rushed in and out. Highly recommend this location and Dr. Hornung. "I was very impressed with the Hospital I went in after a couple days of not being able to get my cat looked at by a few of other vets, due to short staff and other issues which I understand. I asked if they took walk ins said no but we got a drop off appointment the very next day. The receptionist that night was very pleasant and helpful. The next morning I dropped off my cat and a different receptionist checked us in and she was also very pleasant and so helpful. When I picked my cat up, the doctor came out and talked to me she was so very nice. I loved the whole experience. My cat is doing great. I would take him back there and tell others"
