"The receptionist greeted me this am by asking if I have a working phone. I told her it is on do not disturb until 8 am. She then called me a liar because she called me at 8:08, while it was on do not disturb as I was driving to the appointment. She then proceeded to say “F you” and again called me a liar. I have never been treated so horribly as I am taking care of my dying, aging dog!! Thank you. This is not the first time she has been incredibly rude to my family. I would like to know who owns this facility. Dr. Johnson has always been a great vet. This is unbelievable- Dr Johnson finally got back to me. Of course, she defended the disgraceful actions of the receptionist."
