"Went to the dr just to get told basic information I could have gotten from web md. Did not help me access the patient portal or prescribe medication that could help. Wasted my time and money ( self pay) to hear information I already knew."

"Called and chased dermatology dept AGAIN for refills until next appt and received Jocelyn to handle my matter who couldn't even find it in her to show respect when I corrected her on calling me the wrong name. The office manager is unfortunate and has me awaiting her call. It is now safe to say that the office as a whole is poorly functioning. I have heavily depended n this facility to decrease my suffering when it comes to my skin. Now they are UNRELIABLE and I have to repeatedly call them because they don't return calls. They WERE amazing in 2022 and have declined since. They are NEGLECTING MY NEEDS UNTIL I MAKE AN UPROAR. No person should have to do that just to have their needs met and when I brought this to the office manager's attention, she didn't even seem to care and it is apparent to this day that she does not care because I would not have had my needs met or my calls returned had I not created an uproar today. I called them two months ago awaiting a call back and then I said today that I've had enough."

"I made an appt for today over 2 months ago. I was lied to by office staff that there was a GI doctor on staff. Showed up today and left immediately after being told they were only a pcp. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone"

"Called the front desk to inquire about multiple issues I was having, not only did Analis go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, but she also quickly and effectively addressed all of my requests. She was extremely professional and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my personal health issues without judging me. We need more customer service like this! Thank you so much Analis!"

"If you like being required to jump through endless hoops and be treated like a number instead of a person, this is the place for you! When you become a patient with HSC UNT, you will NEVER be able to reach your doctor for any reason. Need to ask your doctor a question? Good luck! Need a prescription refill? Never gonna happen! But wait, there's more! When your doctors (because there will be multiple) inevitably mess up, the staff will be quick to tell you it's your fault in the rudest most condescending way possible!! Warning, check your medical records, because they consistently mix stuff up. On several occasions I've had to wait over four days to get medications refilled. Some have been for my diabetes, which isn't cool at all. Scroll through these reviews; you'll see the same complaints over and over. Messed up prescriptions, uncaring & rude staff, no way to contact your doctor, inconsistent treatments, and long, long wait times. Every single time I need imaging, they send the order to a location that isn't covered by my insurance. Even though I tell them IN PERSON every time where to send the order, they still mess it up. I had to wait over a month to get x-rays on one particular occasion because they kept messing it up, over and over again. And yet the staff talk to me like it's my fault they messed it up. What?!?! Don't go here. Find a small, local practice with a doctor who cares about you. For everyone else on here, I recommend you do what I've done; contact a lawyer and file a complaint with the medical board. Don't let our failing healthcare system bully you. [Edit: I just tried calling the number listed below because they are SOOOOO concerned and it went straight to voicemail. This seems to be an issue for this whole company.]"
