"They were understaffed, which I understand. A young woman had just arrived for her shift and was trying to help me check out. The manager came over and was very rude to her in front of me. The manager made the young woman go in the back to put her apron on before she could finish checking me out (I was literally about to pay). The manager said “corporate is coming in today!” Which if that’s the case, maybe don’t be so understaffed and rude to your employees"
"I went here to get my niece a bear for her birthday. It was extremely hot in this store. The lines were long. Cool place, but it's best to go on a weekday."

"Great experience! I got a teddy bear for my 2yr old toddler and he loves it!!! They have Harry potter themed clothes as well. I recommend to avoid the weekend since line was long and my toddler was boring to wait the line."
