"I went in to get a piece appraised by Richard, who is very honest, pleasant, and knowledgeable in his respected field. I felt comfortable from the moment I sat down and I appreciate that he isn’t greedy and doesn’t gatekeep possible alternatives for you to get the most out of your jewelry. He explained my piece to me and even let me look at the diamonds up close through the magnifying glass. Based on what he showed me, I will say my appraisal was not only extremely fair, but also it was very easy! Richard also shows me his custom portfolio and WOW!
