"After looking at reviews and pictures of tons of grooming places here in Lubbock, I decided to give Happy Tails and try for my pup's first groom and they did not disappoint! He came back super fluffy and the cut looked amazing (there is a before and after picture so yall can see)! I paid $90 and my pup was there for about 3 hours (definitely needed so that they could familiarize my pup with the grooming process and supplies). We will be going back!"
"Such an amazing experience! Kristi is an absolute gem! I moved here a few months ago and have been looking for a groomer. My 2 small dogs have only been to one groomer in their lives, so I'm sure I was as anxious as they were when I dropped them off. Kristi did EXACTLY what I asked for and my pups look adorable. I shopped prices in Lubbock, and found her prices to be really reasonable given all the services she provided. I can't say enough good things about Happy Tails - I am a customer for life!"
