"Absolutely disappointed with both Cindy and Bailey at our lubbock lowes. I purchased tile, listed at .44 a sq/ft which amounts to 1.29/case. I used lowes online calculator to order 165 sq ft of the tile. There was an error online and though I spoke with several representatives about the issue and they stated it was policy to honor the online price Bailey gave us the run around, told us she was pulling tile and had us waiting at the front of the store for over an hour while she was on the phone not pulling tile. Cindy arrives and did not want to follow policy so she cancels my order and threatens to call police because she didn’t want us in the store or to honor the price reflected. I do not recommend this business. Their website false advertised tile outside of another purchase we made that couldn’t be fulfilled and we didn’t find out until weeks later. A bit of BAIT AND SWITCH going on with this store and online. Cindy however was extremely rude, she was shaking she refused to listen or give her full name. She refused to give me corporate number and threatens to call police. Who wants their business run by someone like this. Customer is always right Cindy, not even listening to customers and getting so angry you can’t even have a conversation is absolutely disgusting. Our business will be taken to Home Depot and I hope others do as well. Cindy really doesn’t need to be in any kind of customer service business at all if she can’t control her temper and emotions long enough to listen to clients."

"Crew was very helpful... front end manager was very helpful nice and attentive. Paint department was good. But you better have muscles cuz you'll have to pick up your own 5gallon buckets of paint! And watch out for the drivers in parking lot! You might get ran over."

"Went to go get a dryer because mine went out, and they claimed to have the one I wanted in stock. After I had already purchased the dryer, they told me that they actually didn't have it in stock after they told me they did. I waited for their inventory to restock, and when it did, they still didn't have my dryer. After almost 2 months of fighting, I was finally able to receive my dryer."

"So, as someone who has always enjoyed the atmosphere of Lowes when compared to Home Depot or Sutherlands this location has lost something important… its friendly & knowledgeable staff! I have frequently gone to this location for years and haven’t been disappointed until now. About half the staff has turned over and the replacements either are simply not as knowledgeable about products and a far less eager to help. Definitely will not answer any questions. I had to ask three different associates. All three said let me go find out and then disappear completely. I guess I will start shopping at Home Depot."
