"Guessing the theft rate is high here as there was only 1 fitting room open. Had to carry the items across the store to try them on. At checkout, there were two lines, so we got in the short one, only to be told by the old fellow behind the register to get in the other line. Then he asker the people in line behind us to move to his and they were checked out. Just rude!"
"They have become kinda hostile especially towards kids. The kids section is kinda terrible if you don't want yoga pants or ugly dresses for your daughter's. What ever you do don't go to any of the counters to ask questions or for locations of possible items. They get rude very quickly."
"I was really passed on this visit go Penny's. Just got out of hospital in ICU stopped by to look at dinner rings. The sales lady who briefly helped me took the ring I wanted and said she could get me a better price on the ring and asked me to wait where I was and she'd get a new or better price on the ring. Well 27 minutes later I went looking for her because she never came back. Another woman asked the sales lady if she wanted her to help me and she said no. She had 5 other people who were all together,helping them instead of me. She never came back,never offered an apology,just nothing. JUST shouldn't do that to any customer. I had cash or card it didn't matter but she just pretty much blew me off while still carrying the dinner ring I wanted. I walked out and don't think I'll retirn"
"They have huge collections of variety of items. If you buy from the online, you can get some extra off. I bought several things like shoes, jackets/coats, and i am satisfied."
