"2-25-24 1:30 pm went in for a chicken sandwich combo which turned out to be a major disappointment. The chicken patty was very thin and had been cooked for sometime, therefore it was tough. The fries were far from being fresh. Both went in the trash. I've eaten at Braums a number of times and it has always been hit or miss and lately it's been a miss on the food freshness. I can recommend Braums for ice cream but not their food."

"I go to braums weekly for their A2 Milk, and usually get a burger too. Their cheese and dairy products are good in the little market in the back. They have a very wide selection of Sherbet, Ice Cream and No Sugar added Ice Cream Great price on OJ, and Milk."
"Of all the Braums in Lubbock this location always exceeds my expectations. Although it is very busy in the evenings that just attest to how well they do their job. This location isn't the closest to me but I have never had a bad experience with the food or the customer service unlike the others. Therefore it is worth the extra distance. They will continue to have my frequent patronage."
"Took the kids for ice cream after school today. I love that they have "junior" size perfect for the littles. Staff is always friendly here and it is ALWAYS clean."
