"False advertising at it's finest at this United. This was the worst experience I've ever had at United. Tried to buy some steaks that were marked as "ad special" on the front. One rang up as the sale price, the other did not. When we mentioned it to the cashier, April, she went to get the manager. The manager was rude and not customer friendly at all. When we told her what happened and that we specifically asked the meat market and were told that it was on sale as well, she looked in the sale paper and said it was not the dollar off per pound that the other was ringing up. I asked her why it was marked "ad special" then. She said it must be another promotion. I asked what the promotion was that it was under. She looked through the ad several more times and said, "It's not on sale." I mentioned that it would be false advertising if it's marked on sale and it wasn't. She told us that it was mismarked and would be regular price. If you can't even honor your pricing, I'll shop at HEB."

"Hello my name is Daniel Estrada my brother works for united. I got ran over by a tractor and lost my leg. I needed to use the bathroom on Sunday the 28th and I tried to talk to Regina to ask if my brother could leave 20mins early so I could use the bathroom and she was very rude and hung up on me. I truly hope this never happens to someone ever again!!"

"I had a bad experience. I checked my groceries myself and the manager asked if I needed help out. I told him I could do it. He persisted and I told him I didn’t care if I had help or not because I was capable. He said he would care if my cart hit his truck. He said that two different times. I was trying to ignore him but I finally told him that I put my baskets up or gave them to a helper outside. He was very rude and I will not go back to this store. Hello H‑E‑B"

"A wide selection to choose from. Fresh! If I’ve ever had a problem they were quick to resolve it! Friendly service with grocery carry out! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!"

"This is the only place I shop for groceries. I love the staff. Norma in deli is amazing and Lydia in the front is Amazing! Eddie is our favorite morning cook!! I didn't rate 5 stars for one reason.. I am a combat veteran and there has been multiple times that I was startled by the absolute screaming over the intercom.. why can't they speak normally instead of yelling so loud over the loud speaker.. I purchase all my fuel and all my groceries from here.. I spend over $1500/ month at this location.. if the yelling over the store speaker doesn't stop soon, I'll shop elsewhere.. I've put up with it for countless years and it takes a toll on my mental health by being startled by the loud speaker. I had guest with me from out of state and they too were startled this week.. Thank you."
