"Me and my family went in this newly remodeled walmart because i said it was a must see. My old man said "ok why not since he could use some bullets that are on sale . Well guess i was wrong, what a disapointment, the store may have made the apprence and product display better and nicer looking. Yet in my opinion If the customer service quality isn't there, then it doesn't matter what you sale, or what it looks like. And on this evening in sporting goods there was no customer service. 45 minutes 3 employees later finally, a lady came to sporting goods she looked like they had to wake her up to get her there which was pointless since she doesn't have the key. It's missing from my ring maybe come back tomorrow she says ugh So frustrating lazy people. WALMART THINKS THEY LOSE THERE MOST MONEY FROM THEFT wrong its wasted on lazy employees."

"My business partner and I literally waited patiently for 30 minutes at the paint station for many employees to try to call someone over. When the manager came, book said that they were out of order since this morning. Mind you it was after 5 o’clock in the afternoon without no sign no nothing to notify us that it was closed. For that 30 minutes I could’ve done it myself and could’ve gave myself a paycheck. Robert, you need to retire your never at your station. Also your bread tastes like cardboard. God bless."

"Nice store. They had what we were looking for. We got the oil and air filter changed while we shopped. They did not charge a lot to do it. Polite employees too."

"Took a 2020 car to get an oil change. The supervisor admitted they spilled some oil but lied and said they cleaned it up. They spilled a lot of oil and left it on my engine then got mad at me for saying something. Walmart quality sucks and so does the customer serive. No refund no sorry nothing."

"I have a lot to say about the pickup and delivery services Walmart offers let's start off by timeliness... The last four times I ordered my groceries they were late I schedule things at certain times because I have a job and other responsibilities to attend to and Walmart fails to hit the mark almost every single time when it comes to getting groceries out on time. When I worked over at Sam's club they were constantly running late as well and it is not fair to the person who is driving and waiting and sitting in their car just because they can't get their act together. I don't appreciate being lied to either when I called to let the associate know I was there a few minutes earlier because I had picked up groceries across the street also at HEB and coordinated the the times of my grocery orders so that way I wasn't sitting and waiting for extended periods of time as sitting for long extended periods of time flares up a back injury that I have. HEB was able to get my grocery order together and have it in my car early everything in the car was correct however Walmart at 5:00 when my pickup time was scheduled sent me a message saying that there was a 2-hour delay on the order that would have been great to know prior to my arrival time of 4:45 because HEB had my order ready early. Walmart only provided me excuses such as I'm very sorry but we haven't had a manager in 4 months so no one knows what they're doing. Another excuse was well I've only been here for 2 days and I have no idea how to go about issuing a refund. I was also hung up on over seven times by managers and sales associates. This is unacceptable if you're trying to bring in money for your business. I will never shop at Walmart ever again for groceries because of the poor unexcusable actions of your associates and your pickup team. And especially your management stuff hanging up at the location is unacceptable. I was even told by a sales associate when I called after being hung up on for the 7th time that you'll never find the managers in their office like they're supposed to be they're always hanging around by the customer service desk so let me transfer you over there. That's pretty bad when even the associates are giving horrible information to the customers. And then let's talk about damaged items last time I ordered groceries it was for a delivery scheduled at 2: 00 My groceries arrived almost 3 hours late and there were damaged items in the bag which I was issue to refund on however this past time also I was given a melted candle that looked gross and it looked like it was sitting on the bottom of a stockroom floor and stepped on and should have probably been thrown away as a return however someone thought it was acceptable to give as a grocery order item It took me calling a corporate number because nobody at that location could issue a refund because one girl's excuse was I've only been here for 2 days and I don't know how to do that yet. Another one said that there was no manager available. and the other guy was the one that finally told me that there was never no any managers in the office that they're all hanging up by the customer service desk so let me get you over there and that is the one that hung up on me. She was the one that told me I could call 1-800 Walmart if I needed a refund because she couldn't do anything for me. This is completely unacceptable and I would like a call back from somebody at a higher corporate level."
