"We had an appt for grooming for our 18 lb dog. 6 hours and multiple phone calls later to the store later, my fiancé is waiting in the store and she still isn't finished. What is the point of having an appointment?? The manager basically said "yeah, I don't know what happened". Not the first bad experience we've had at the Brentwood location."

"Employees are not friendly at this location at least not near closing time on December 28th. We went to get fish and knew what we wanted but were told rudely that wasn't possible and left without everything we wanted although we ran out in the snow to get the fish for my daughter. We wanted a sucker fish and fancy tail guppies, which ive had in tanks before and had no issue. I also was only allowed to buy either male or female. The cashier didn't make eye contact and looked super unhappy to be there. I tried to be friendly but nothing. I'll be avoiding petsmart. This whole transaction was super uncomfortable and I had my daughter with me who looked completely discouraged."

"I took my dog, Joey, for a pawdicure here yesterday. They grinded his nails to the point that his nerves are now exposed and he is bleeding through his nails so much. I have attached the picture. The service was average and I still tipped because it’s holiday season. But I am hugely dissatisfied and disappointed by their negligence as to my pet’s safety and health. He is in pain and I hope whoever is reading this don’t take their dogs their anymore."

"This is my go-to PetSmart. The staff is always top notch, they always have what I'm looking for (and then some!). I also am specifically wanting to comment on the Salon Services. These folks know what they're doing! I have adopted a dog that really doesn't like his face touched. Eva took such care with My pup to give him a good cut without traumatizing him. Can't wait to take him back!"
