"I highly recommend Prenatal Yoga with Stephanie Read. I was fortunate enough to practice with her from 14 weeks pregnant to 39 weeks. I have no yoga experience and thought it would be good to help prepare my body for birth. I got to participate in her studio sessions as well as an outdoor aqua series she developed during the summer. She has a wonderful presence and is so great at checking in on where her students are, physically and mentally, and adjusting the class accordingly. I felt like classes were customized to my needs, and that was so nice. It's been an hour each week I so look forward to, taking care of my body while also feeling pampered and tended to - exactly what I've needed during this time."
