"I’ve been going to this gym for 2 years and it’s the only workout I’ve been able to stick with. I’ve gotten stronger and leaner at my own pace. The Octane trainers are so encouraging and supportive for the over 40 crowd, there is no intimidation, they support your own workout pace and keep safety first (avoid injuries!). I actually look forward to going to workout!"

"Octane Training is an outstanding resource. All of the coaches I've had there are caring, meticulous, and encouraging. I believe that their approach of semi-private sessions is a near perfect solution. They devise a program for your needs and ability, train you in the movements, guide your efforts, and check in to make sure you're able to safely make the progress you want. New programs are developed every couple months to keep it interesting. It's a real community there!"
