"0 stars if I could. I had an awful in store experience yesterday where the cashier was completely incompetent and uneducated on the return and exchange policy. Then their “area manager” was completely rude and dismissive, kept speaking over me and arguing with me (the customer/consumer) then she hangs up on me and refuses to give me her name or a corporate number. Once my exchange is fixed I’ll never spend a dime at this location again. Hopefully corporate can get this rectified soon as I have been in contact with them regarding the poor customer service I received!"

"I will be leaving a very detailed review soon, in reference to the customer service at this location and the manager Jose. My family left an amazing review yesterday for Erica and the Ingram location. She went above and beyond and shows she cares. Total opposite at this store, and coming from a “store manager”? Very disappointing Jose. This is why companies can’t put just anyone in a leadership position."

"Just stopped by & had a very neutral experience. The young ladies working the register and men’s side were very helpful and pleasant. The reason for only the 3 stars are because of the lady working on the women’s side. She was unpleasant and didn’t appreciate her attitude. I was looking for a pair of sneakers for my partner. Keep in mind my gf has pretty small feet so my question is always “what’s the smallest size you have?”. You would’ve thought I asked the lady the most disrespectful thing possible with the attitude she gave me. She told she couldn’t tell me what sizes she had only if they had the size I needed. I scrambled and gave her size. While she went to go get it I realized I needed a different size. I then politely asked for the size I actually needed. Without checking she told me no & asked me “so are you going to buy these or what?”. With over 10 years of retail experience under my belt, I know this is not how you treat customers. Very subpar experience, will take my business else where next time."

"The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a shoe store. Waited for over 20 min for a pair of shoes to be pulled. The employee had the nerve to even check-in and say “Oh yea let me check the other door.” then walk over to another employee, talk with her for 5 minutes, then get back to aimlessly wandering around the store - completely forgetting any semblance of customer service or follow-through."

"Great service even around the holidays. Exchange was easy no hassle. And the shoes we also wanted they offered to see if other stores had them . And the ones we did buy had a scuff and they took the time to clean them up."
