"I have been a member at Pop's Gym since 2019 ever since I met Court in passing around town. I have wanted to leave a review for a while and was thinking about what to write earlier today. If you look at the photos or take a tour, it is obviously the nicest gym in town, so that is not the question. What makes the gym is the culture. The limited membership and the atmosphere create a comfortable place to work out. Nice people and good trainers. My trainer is Mike Bean. I have had many different types of athletic trainers throughout my life. Mostly martial arts, and a few weight lifting trainers. Of the weight lifting trainers I have had, Mike has been the best. He makes spread sheets to track workouts and improvements. Each workout is programmed within 6 week cycle with 5 days off after every cycle. The workouts are very challenging and change every 6 weeks so it doesn't get old. I have been training with Mike for about a year now. My weight fluctuates but I have gainned 15 pounds of muscle since we have started. -Spencer Hoyt, DDS"

"My husband and I absolutely love Pop’s Gym! The gym offers everything including CrossFit workout equipment and bikes for trail riding, and they have a huge outdoor workout area! The is a family friendly gym and we couldn’t have asked for more! Also, the gym is very clean! It does not smell stinky like most gyms smell!
