They really know the anatomy of grappling and explain it in the simplest matter that anyone can understand. "Love going to this place, FWGC is the only place in DFW that I found where one can learn authentic Catch as Catch Can Wrestling (Catch Wrestling) and it's a very friendly and chill place. This Acadamy focuses on Self Defense training but I compete in grappling tournaments myself. 10/10 highly recommend."
