Little did we know that this visit would result in a traumatizing experience for our furry friend, leaving a lasting scar both physically and emotionally. We feel compelled to share our harrowing tale to ensure that other pet owners avoid subjecting their animals to similar distress. From the moment we picked up our poodle, it was evident that something had gone horribly wrong during her session. Her scar, initially expected to heal properly under professional care, had instead worsened and showed no signs of improvement. Witnessing our poor pet's condition was heart-wrenching, and it served as a constant reminder of the anguish she endured at this establishment. To make matters worse, our poodle was inexplicably soaking wet upon retrieval. The lack of care and attention given to her. It is distressing to think that our pet was subjected to such discomfort and potentially placed at risk of developing health issues due to this negligence. The emotional toll on our poodle was equally concerning. She was visibly shaking and exhibiting signs of extreme fear and trauma. The experience she endured at this establishment left an indelible mark on her, and despite the passage of time, the memory of that dreadful day. "The best vet in Lubbock! I have been going to Dr. Koffmann for over 3 years. He helped my pup live when he had parvo, and also saved my other dog from anaphylactic shock. He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind, and straight to the point. Most visits last 10-15 minutes and I have never had to wait! The front desk lady is extremely sweet and helpful and can usually get me the same day I call! I will continue to bring my pups here for as long as I live in Lubbock! Draco and Honey Bun absolutely love this vet clinic!!"
