"I don't know about the service but I have been on hold for 30 min trying to help my resident get her bill paid. UNBELIEVABLE EDIT NOW 40 MIN AFTER HOLDING FOR OVER AN HOUR WE FINALLY HUNG UP. WHERE ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES?!?! NOTICE HOW THEY DON'T RESPOND TO ANYONE BUT THE THE ONES WHO HAVE GOOD THINGS TO SAY. SEEMS LIKE YOUR BILLING DEPT IS IMAGINARY. BUNCH OF CROOKS YALL ARE. YOU WOULD THINK AFTER ALL THE COMPLAINTS YALL WOULD HAVE THE COMMON SENSE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. MORONS"

"Sent me to collections while i was waiting on hospital financial aid. Even emailed them and they said they'd wait for FA. Now two years later im still getting collections calls while being on a payment plan with TRA. Collections agent said they never reported any of my payments. I've been paying for over 6mo on a plan that isn't being reported to collections."

"Texas Radiology Associates is NOT Veteran friendly, in fact it doesn’t look like they accept VA on lager bills. There is NO ONE TO TALK TO THERE!! I’ve tried calling and their chat options. I waited forever and no one responded. VA usually uses Tri-West to process claims. Mine is still showing “pending” on their website, but they are hounding me with daily texts to set up a payment plan. I’m not paying one red cent!! Medical City is a great place for veterans to go when they need immediate care, but I’m going to ask them to start using a different radiologist, one that helps and cares about Veterans!! That’s where I’ll send my next complaint!"

"Got a bill from august of '22. Its the end of January '24. This is in violation of texas timley billing laws. and my account is saying insurance is paying 0%, after calling insurance its because they billed the an insurance plan i was no longer under, even though they have the correct information on file. Cannot get ahold of anyone after hours of trying to fix the issue. This office is run by scammers and should be shut down for their predatory and ILLEGAL billing practices."

"It had been two years! They have now sent me to collections for a bill I never incurred. I went to medical city for and emergency Jan of 2021! Medical city billed my insurance, Tricare, and got paid. 7 months later these random people sent me a bill listed as an "office visit" I called and explained that I never used their service they explained that medical city uses them to read images. I said ok. Here's my insurance information it was an emergency visit please bill it as such. They never corrected their billing code! Kept submitting it as an office visit. Tricare denied it and they just started sending me bills and calling me none stop. I'm going to sue the heck out of you. I was and am insured. YOUR medical coder made a mistake. You refuse to correct it and I swear if this pops up on my credit I will file so many demands letter and claims against you it will be so heffing expensive to deal with me. Fix you damn mistake and stop this foolishness!"
