"Went in to be looked at for back pain. Answered the Dr's questions. Listed to his instructions, recommendations and was ready to proceed as he stated previously during the visit. A recommendation for an MRI/CT scan. I brought up that My lower back has been fussed and that I also had a neurostimulator implant. And brought up the concern of the MRI/CT scan with what I had already had done/performed. His replay was as follows ""Not my problem. If you end up paralyzed, that's on them".". Needless to say I never went back after the consultation. I received a bill later and followed up with BCBS of TX. They stated that they were in network and I shouldn't owe anything. The consultation bill was for $1200+. And after insurance the DISC Spine Institute is stating that BCBS of TX only covered a portion and I owe the remaining $170+ left on the bill. I was seeing an out of network Dr and it was a $50.00 co-pay. But an in network facility want's a $170+ to tell me "Not my problem. If you end up paralyzed, that's on them". Needless to say I did report them to BCBS of TX, since they're in network and let them know about the situation and the bill I was sent. Since it wasn't fully covered."

"Dr. Indresano and his staff are exceptional. I have a frustrating case and previously have not gotten much help. Dr. Indresano not only gave me more information than I've ever had about my problem, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single question I had. He is patient and compassionate and seems highly qualified."

"This was my first visit to the office and if I could give Dr. Indresano and staff 10 stars, I would. The front office was very friendly and explained to me that the dr was doing rounds next door and would be over shortly. They kept me in the loop and even offered my grandma and I water while we waited. Dr. Indresano was friendly and put me at ease from the moment he walked into the room. He did a thorough assessment of my back and pain and then explained what needed to be done next. Nothing but professional and friendliness in this office. I would recommend anyone w spine and pain issues to this office. For the first time in 2 yrs, I feel hopeful."

"Disc spine is an amazing place to go if you have neck and back issues. The staff listen to your concerns and don’t try to push you into anything you don’t feel comfortable with as far as treatments. Dr. Andy Indressno is very pleasant to talk to and have as your Dr. I couldn’t be happier with my treatment, surgery, and after care. Will recommend to anyone."
