"I am new to this vet thing as I adopted my first dog 2 weeks ago. She’s had a cough and eye discharge so I decided to take her to get looked at. The vet tech was very unprofessional and did not seem to know what was going on. Then the vet came in. Everything was fine but I was not given any answers and was charged $133. I left still unsure what is going on with my dog as the vet kept saying she was unsure. I even asked if she was contagious and still no answer. I decided to go back and ask for a refund because i felt like I was scammed out of my money. The lady i talked to when i returned was very nice and gave me more help than the vet or tech did. They offered me a free check up if she did not get better but other than that I will not be returning."
