"Absolutely poor customer service!!! Definitely not the same place they were 20 year ago. Employees aren't truthful,- at all! Callie even refused my request to speak with the owner, said I was speaking rudely ( I wasn't and didn't ever raise my voice)- then proceeded to hang up on me. Not to mention had me go get unnecessary vaccinations, that my vet said were not needed. All of my dogs are current on Rabies and bordatella, among others."

"We have used Cimarron Pet Salon for several years now for our two dogs which are 10 and 11 years old. My oldest dog has bad arthritis in legs and has difficulty standing for long periods. The staff at Cimarron take special care with him when grooming and take the extra time to make sure that he is comfortable and happy during his grooming experience. They care about your fur baby and try to accommodate to provide for their comfort levels. We have always been pleased with the staff and service. I would highly recommend Cimarron Pet Salon."

"Love Cimarron! Zoe is always happy after her haircut and they treat her so well. I don’t think I will ever switch ❤️❤️❤️❤️ June 10, 2020 Brought Leo in today for his first ever grooming experience since my parents are in town. I am so happy that I brought him back to Zoe's favorite groomer! He didn't show any signs of being stressed. Maybe a tad bit upset. Everyone was so nice and professional as always. Even after I found out Leo was missing something. I was able to bring him back and get the job done. I love Cimarron! Best place to bring your fur babies to."
