"If fraud was a person it would be Wright Lane. They ran off with my money with no intention of providing a service and or class. I was scheduled to attend a broker/dispatching class. When it was time for the actual class; they disappeared. I did not receive any class information at all. I called them to find out what happened and they said that they had the wrong email information which was a lie because we have been communicating through email the entire time except for when they took my payments. I requested a refund in which they agreed to give back and as of today I still have not received a refund at all and their excuse is the accounting department is behind and they're switching management. I do not believe that they had or have any intention on refunding the money at all! Wright Lane LLC is a disgrace to the logistics industry and it's completely shameful that they continue to operate like this."
