"The proctor was nice and professional. The chairs are comfortable. Room was quiet. I was scared that I wouldn’t have a proctor at the time of my date so I emailed to double check test date, time, and location. I received a quick response back from proctor to confirm. Great location!"

"I took my son’s girlfriend to Tactix of Ft. Worth for testing today. No one was there. She waited outside the office door until someone from a different office noticed her and told her no one from Tactix had been there all day. Tried to call Tactix. Their voicemail said they would get back to me in 1-2 days. I understand things happen, but you had her phone number through her paid registration. You could have called her to let her know no one would be there. And we paid for the test. How are we supposed to reschedule it with an outside testing company when the test proctor doesn’t show up? It’s bad enough, but this is actually the second time we’ve had problems. Another time, my son’s girlfriend and several other test takers sat outside the door wondering why there was no one there. Finally, 30 minutes after the test was supposed to start, the test proctor shows up. Please contact me, Tactix of Ft. Worth"

"I have used this text center 3 times. Twice it was fine but my third visit was terrible. The proctor did not show up and four of us were waiting to see if anyone would show. We didn't receive any notification of a late open, and we had all taken time from work to be there. Very stressful situation to be in right before important tests/exams. This place has a single point of failure as only one person works there and I can't recommend. Saving grace East the young lady that did arrive to assist was very pleasant and expeditious."

"This morning I went to take my barber exam . Ada provided an easy but secure check in. Made sure I understood all the test site rules and procedures. Made my testing process way easier and I was confident about passing my exam. Would recommend being on time if not early."

"This was my second time testing here. The first time the location was a little difficult to find after arriving in the parking lot but after a phone call I was given instructions until I was comfortable I could navigate my way there. The atmosphere is calming and stress free. Items are stored in bags then locked away. There are no jackets allows inside of the testing center I knew that from the first time so wore leggings and long sleeves so I was comfortable. Ear plugs, tissue and dry erase paper and pens were given. Both times I’ve had great experience. I will be testing here again."
