"Terrible billing practices! I have been charged for services my insurance has already paid. When the office is contacted, they don't connect you to the correct person. The person that finally called me back was extremely rude, did not answer my questions, nor follow up like they said they would. I contacted my insurance provider to verify, and was told that PWH should not have collected for services that were already paid by insurance. I have already transferred to a different clinic and WOULD NOT recommend this place."

"My Wife had appointment at 2.30 PM for her post maternity check up for surgery. It took 1 hr 15 mins to see her by nurse. We ( Two weeks baby and son) were waiting in car. When checked at front desk after 1 hr about wife ...response was " we are not sure about how much time takes at back ". It seems two doctors went for surgery and that was the reason. As a customer I would expect heads up call or approximate time it is going to take so we can plan ..For me it seems like taking patient time granted...! But one thing I want to appreciate is sending medical bills promptly :)"
