"Dr. Grisham is the absolute best. I have had 2 high-risk pregnancies needing C sections, and Dr. Grisham took great care of me each time. He’s very knowledgeable and he listens. Recently, I had to have a hysterectomy. After the two C-sections I was extremely anxious about pain. I honestly could not have trusted anyone else to perform the procedure the way I trust him. He is a very skilled surgeon, and my surgery and recovery were flawless. He has become like family. Also, Debra has an incredibly sweet demeanor about her. She always helps me when I have a question or need to adjust an appointment. She is so sweet, so I know any complaints regarding her have a huge second side to the story. If you’re wanting a doctor who knows his stuff and will care for you, Dr. Grisham is your guy."

"I have been seeing Dr. Grisham for about 8 years and he is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s been great through my 2 pregnancies and I am a fairly needy patient. He direct and honest while being supportive. He has also been fantastic for all my other non pregnancy needs and always takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered. Deborah at the front desk is AMAZING! She is quick and responsive. She always helps in answering my questions and is warm and friendly. They are a fantastic team and I recommend them to everyone!"

"I have been seeing Dr. Grisham for many years. I have never had any real health issues. But now that I am older and I actually need him, he could care less. He told me he didn't have time to talk to me he had to get to his next wellness visit and I would have to schedule a consultation to discuss the symptoms of menopause. He had time to discuss his love of cycling but not time to talk about my issues. He could care less about women who are menopausal. He even told me that he had a stack of papers to read and catch up on HRT but just didn't want to do it. His cash cows are the maternity patients. He is all about the money. Zero bedside manner."

"My sister-in-law helped me find this doctor who was in my network. Immediately when I called the office I noticed that the doctors assistant Debra had a bit of an aggressive tone, but I ignored it. What I should’ve done was trust the first impression of her which was the coarse, impolite, rude tone of this woman at the front desk. During my interactions with her I found myself exercising extreme patience as not to match her tone and set her off because she seemed to have a short fuse and no patience, but because I don’t like change and didn’t want to change doctors I stayed even after all her rude sarcastic communications. The final straw was when I called the office to see the doctor because I’m pregnant. She told me I couldn’t be seen until I paid an unpaid balance that I thought was already paid. I began to ask her about dates and services. She then stated she’d call me back. But after 3hrs she didn’t call me back, so I called her back. Her reply was, I told you I would call you back! I said, I know but it’s been 3hrs. Her reply was, So what…the day is not over yet, I told you I’d call you back, I don’t have time for this right now, and AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE. By this time, given the unnecessary amount of patience I’ve had to maintain for this woman who clearly shouldn’t be working in such a personal/intimate field with patents especially pregnant patients I was very upset. I called her back to confront her for being so rude and to tell her that her rudeness was not necessary, but before I could she said that she did not have time for me, that she was not going to make time for me and that I’d have to wait for her to call me back and that at this point she didn’t know when that would be, and HUNG UP ON ME FOR A 2nd TIME. I never was able to schedule an appointment, which I believe was a blessing in disguise, and she never even called me back. This office is horrible and the doctors assistant lacks the kind consistent ability necessary to respectfully interact with patients. She is rude because she’s allowed to be rude or else she wouldn’t be rude. When someone is rude and disrespectful to you at their workplace, it’s because their rudeness is allowed by their superiors. I will never come here EVER again."
