"I made a mistake by going with TFO. I had an issue with my Axiom 2x after a month of owning it. After contacting them, they didn’t stand behind the product. It was “normal” for the cork to breakdown after a few uses. Also, this company will remove reviews from other platforms and block it's customers. Cowardice."
"Very disappointed, my 8wt snapped in half while reeling in a fish. Had it less than a year and only used about 10 times. Bought the rod because of their advertised warranty. They claimed it wasn’t a manufacture error and would not replace the broken piece. Had to pay for the piece plus $10 shipping. No longer recommend this brand."

"Fantastic Customer service!!! I have three TFO rods (one fly rod and two three piece travel spinning rods). My son broke the tip off one of my three piece travel rods a week before we were to leave for the Boundary Waters in MN. Chris Ralls at TFO had my rod repaired and back to me in three days. And yes....that is my freshly repaired rod laying on the ground! A small price to pay for a boy addicted to fishing and the out doors. Thank you again for the great service."
