"I had the opportunity to visit this location on November 24, 2023 “BLACK FRIDAY” and although they were extremely busy, the store was clean and the associates were nice. One associate “Ms. Zakia S” in particular went over and beyond to assist me. She took the time and effort to find what I was looking for. Ms. Zakia was kind, friendly, professional, polite, and courteous. She is the definition of a LEADER and knows exactly what customer service is and should be. "They should have people who fully speak the English language as cashiers. Yesterday I asked the afternoon cashiers about the credit cards and she didn't understand anything and didn't even know how to tell me the total of my purchase. Hire better trained staff"
