"The website says the store closes at 9 pm and it closed at 8 called the store and the manager closed a few minutes before 8. I called and he would not open. We drove 30 minutes to get a pair if shoes. Poor customer service! Website needs to be updated!!!!"

"I bought a pair of black 59-13211 and the shoes soles came apart. Before I purchase the shoes I was told by George Davis that I could bring the shoes back if I have a problem. The soles are literally falling apart. I attempted to bring the shoe back and was told by George that their is nothing he can do. I dont recommend buying J Murphy shoes."
"The staff here are wonderful, Grand Prairie location, George the manager always on cue. Had an issue with a pair of shoes I recently purchased and they took care of ,no problem. Only if service was like this at a lot more places, the world would be a much better place. GOD is good!"
