"I went shopping at the Grand Prairie outlet mall with my children yesterday and The Gap happened to be one of the stores we shopped at. The guy at the front counter left the security plastic piece on my teenage sons hoodie and we didn’t realize it until we got home. I live 30 minutes away and gas is at around $4 a gallon so this is a huge inconvenience. I will be calling the corporate office to complain because all the store manager could offer me was a “Sorry about that ma’am” after I explained the situation. Any reputable caring comps would offer a store credit or discount for their error. I won’t shop at any Gap store any more due to this!"

"I love Gap their clothes are comfy and affordable when they are on clearance. Still a bit high for an outlet mall but if you dig deep enough you can find items at an affordable price. I had to find a dress for a Hawaiian themed wedding and out of all the places I found it here at the Gap such a beautiful comfortable dress great for the wedding and everyday use. Highly recommend!"
"They always have great deals! The reason for the 3 stars is because of the customer service. Some of the ppl on the registers look mad and miserable don’t even greet you. But there are some very helpful employees assisting on the floor. Everyone shld be friendly and have a happy face. It’s customer service! I’m all about customer service and how I’m treated that how you keep business."
