"I had never had a good experience at an Sephora located inside a Kohl's. On Sunday my daughter and I had a wonderful experience with an associate named Lucy. She was personable, patient and very knowledgeable about the cosmetic lines and the inventory. She helped us find the perfect lip color and took time with us even though she was the only associate there and was assisting the other customers as well and working the register. Lucy was awesome."

"Went to return an Amazon package, and the gentleman that helped me was really nice. I didn't get his name, but he wears glasses. The store also looks great with the Sephora addition"

"When I drove up, there were hardly any cars which made me question if the opening time online was correct. But yes, they were open. Parking lot was clean. Once I walked inside I browsed for a while, trying on clothes, searching racks; however, I could NOT find anything I needed. And the items I tried on looked not quite right. The quality was cheap on most pieces. The shorts were way too short! What is going on with clothes? I will stick with online shopping since I can at least find what I’m looking for. In fact, I went home and bought from the website to be shipped. Seems like they have scaled back in-store. Also customer service was non-existent, quite a few employees walked by, not one said a word. They kept to themselves with their head down, like they just wanted to do their time and get out. Who would want to shop at a place like this?!"
