"Worst place to shop at.Along with the horrible service you get from a manager Tanisha . How ever you spell her name. But long story short place online order with a gentleman that was in store. Had the shoe in front of him to show what I wanted then get confirmation email is totally different. Just ridiculous called next day then the sorry manager says maybe I didn't ask for right shoe. Lies that is why I had shoe in my hand showing him. Then my order arrives per FedEx they say never received it. But no worries I got my shoes at a cheaper price and will NEVER give your location my business . And one last thing for manager you need to be retrained on how you treat people and no call wasn't dropped while you calling me back I hung up on YOU. Rating for this store negative 0"
"I really like ordering online and just pick my order up at the store I do this at least once a month. My service dog is always with me and I never had a problem before until today some girl ask me to leave my dog outside, she didn’t even ask if she was a service dog and she didn’t care that I was only picking up an online order. Time to order somewhere else."
