"My family and I walked into the store so that I could receive appropriate measurements for my bike. The employees were so kind and friendly. Both were members of D9 and knowledgeable about the Peloton products. They were patient and answered all questions to help understand the benefits of measurements and more. I’m excited to possibly purchase a treadmill."
"I have no experience with the store I only have experience with Peloton. We are scheduled to pick up of a treadmill and after Several calls and several missed appointments the treadmill has not been picked up. On the Better Business Bureau website peloton has over 2000 bad reviews. They do not support service on their equipment and they have not refunded several people. I hope I don’t have this issue. Thank you for the reply below. By the way they did not show for there appoint to pick up the treadmill. We spoke to them twice that day both times we were told we were the next stop. No call no show and we both took a day off from work."
