"Jane and Kathleen helped us at the southlake location on Feb 25, 2024. The vibe of the store is very calm and positive. They outfitted my tween granddaughter with several things and she was thrilled! Everyone who works there is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this store over Lululemon, which has a very chaotic atmosphere."
"Athleta: In general, a fantastic alternative to the citrus sounding athletic wear brand. Unfortunately, the “associate”, on Jan 6 was short, curt, unfriendly and unapologetic after she refunded one our returns back to our card without asking if that is what we desired. She continued the one man brand bruising by quickly snapping “that’s final… sorry” - with a consistent abrasive tone and inflection. It was enough to drive us from the store - where our original intent was to spend the credit. Listen, we can get that snappy snot up Grand Ave anytime we want it (though the 800 lb gorilla has improved locally by adding some real pros to the staff, suspect management change, dunno - we digress). We should state this has not been the regular experience, but suggest Athleta seriously evaluate this person’s customer readiness - or offer a transfer to competition ;) Didn’t get person’s name, ticket said Cashier 3540468."
"I’m giving this location 5 stars solely based off of the store manager, Kelly’s, customers service. Initially, I was helped by another associate who seemed uninterested in problem solving an issue with me regarding a return. The encounter felt cold and like “there’s nothing that can be done” because the return item was a final sale product. I was extremely disappointed as we had the original tag and receipt but understood store policy. My entire experience was turned around and Kelly made my trip absolutely worth it. The inventory and cleanliness of the store overall deserves 5 stars. Again - shout out to Kelly!"
"I shop at athleta an enormous amount and I love their clothes and this location but today I went to return a few items and the store associate Jane was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Her tone and mannerisms were very distasteful. Can’t say I’ll be coming back anymore. How unfortunate."
