"My husband and I went to the store and none of the staff spoke to us, now even to greet us. I found two items I wanted, but the staff ignored me. Others came in and were greeted. I may be black, but my money is green. I will never go in that store again."

"Incredibly rude and demeaning staff. like a lot of the other reviews say the staff did not great nor would acknowledge me even after I asked for help. I came into Maloufs looking to buy a classic black dress for an event I have coming up. After a few minutes of walking around/looking I couldn’t find anything that I liked so I went to ask one of the female associate for help. After multiple attempts to gain assistance from this associate I asked her if she could help me find a fitted black dress, this associate looked me up and down with a soured expression and I quote said “ I don’t think we have anything of your size.” Turned her back and walked away from me. For reference I am 5 10, 160 pounds and my dress size is a 6/medium. Obviously I left after that comment. About an hour later I was walking past the window of the store and saw a black dress I liked I decided to go back into the store and ask what size and if I could try on that black dress from the window. I was told that the stores policy was to not allow people to try on any display item, which I know is not true because this is not my first time shopping at the store and not my first time wanting to buy something off a manikin. Obviously the people who work at the store have a serious attitude problem and I really hope management takes these complaints seriously and does some kind of internal investigation."

"My shopping experience at Malouf's was outstanding and I would highly recommend them. They have a very tasteful collection ranging from classic timeless pieces to more fashion-forward to suit most any taste. The one thing all the pieces/brands have in common is quality. The customer service is also among the best I've experienced. Very friendly people who are happy to help you find what you're looking for."

"Came in a was welcomed. Had a nice conversation with Mr. Malouf about styles and brands. He was very pleasant and informative. I love the what they have here. Some of my favorites are Eton and Robert Graham. I'll certainly be back. Thanks for making me feel like I was in the right place and for putting together some legit quality brands that are hard to find."

"As other reviews say, didnt get acknowledged. Two ladies looked up and made eye contact with us, then looked back down not saying a word. Luckily a nice gentleman came from the back and asked if we needed help. Simple respect seems to be hard to come by these days. Turned us off totally from the place. Went to a different place after with a lot better jewelry section and excellent customer service."
