"I’m so disappointed in the in-store customer service. I called this morning to make sure they had the tote bag in store before driving all the way to the store. I was told there was availability in the store. I called again wondering if I could have one on hold bc I was driving to the store. They said no and I was very nice and understanding bc these tote bags have gone viral so I get it. I come in the store and a nice lady attends me and I told her I was the lady who called about the tote bag. She goes on the back to check and then comes back and says those are for online orders…. Like really I called 2X to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time coming in for something viral. It’s honestly sad how you can be nice and call 2X to make sure and they won’t even bother checking correctly… makes me feel not valued as a customer"

"Shopped at Southlake location for my 12 year old. Lady stationed at the pants section - was pushy, very curious, too many questions to my 12 year old, who was intimidated by the questions this women needed answers to before selecting her tights. The woman then went on to suggest smaller size pants despite me - the Mom standing right there. Each time we went back to get the right size, there was more unnecessary discussion and unnecessary interrogation about the choices. Other folks in the store much more kind and helpful , giving customers the space to select clothing comfortably. I would request a high priced store like Lululemon to make a better selection of sales staff and train them to give space to customers."

"Security device wasn’t removed! At check out i notice lady struggling to remove the security alarm from the hand bag I purchased. Even at the door the alarm went off and the clerk confirm everything was good. Just to say that it was never taken off. Just a bit frustrating."

"Went to store yesterday on New Year’s Eve Lady at front said we close at 5 today Very rude and pushy wanting everyone out of store so they could leave. Sensor went off when I left they checked my bag and did not find anything… when I got home 30 miles away sensor was still on my sweat shirt … I guess because they were in such a hurry to leave they did not care to check better. Now I have to drive 30 miles back to get it removed… very inconvenient and poor customer service"

"Jean at the south lake location was so helpful! It took an hour to find my bf pants & she went out of her way to help him & also helped me find the perfect leggings! I would come back just because of her!"
